HOW DO I BOOK YOU?
Studio sessions are reserved on the booking calendar found on the website but shoots involving travel require a little bit more discussion. Give me at 312.546.3582 and we can discuss the details and see if I’m a good fit.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Your event is reserved once payment is received. I’ll send you an invoice via email that you can pay online with a credit card. Once payment is received, your event is booked.
WILL YOU SIGN OUR CONTRACT?
This is a very straight forward transaction that doesn’t require a written contract. For that reason, the answer is no.
IS RETOUCHING INCLUDED?
Retouching is included in the OFFICE HEADSHOTS package. This package is available for groups of 10-25 people. If you have more than 25 people and would like retouched images the cost is $100 for each additional person photographed.
The SMALL EVENT and LARGE EVENT packages do not include retouching. With these packages, you receive all of your selected images on the day of the event.
WHAT ARE MY BACKGROUND OPTIONS?
There are 4 standard options for backgrounds. We can do an environmental background which means that we use the event space as the background. This is a great option for larger spaces where there’s adequate room to have the background out of focus.
The other 3 options are white, grey, and black.
DO YOU DO GROUP PHOTOS?
A group photo can be added to any package for $250.
There are no additional fees unless your event is more than 20 miles from downtown to Chicago. If you’ve got an event outside of the 20-mile radius, we can discuss your options. Give me a call at 312.546.3582.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
The SMALL EVENT and LARGE EVENT packages offer same-day delivery of images. The OFFICE HEADSHOTS package requires 10 business days to completes the retouching of your images.
