1. Services Provided

Kinser Studios provides photography services, including:

  1. Individual headshots (in-studio or on-location)

  2. Team headshot sessions for businesses

  3. Headshot station setup at corporate events

  4. Image editing, gallery delivery, and optional upsell services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Booking & Payments

A. Booking

  1. All sessions must be booked through our approved booking system (powered by GoHighLevel or directly through our studio).

  2. Appointments are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message.

B. Deposits & Fees

  1. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  2. Full payment may be required before or on the day of the session, depending on service type.

  3. For corporate or team shoots, invoices may be issued post-session based on the agreed terms.

C. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  1. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session.

  2. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or incur a cancellation fee.

  3. Kinser Studios reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, or emergencies.

 

3. Image Usage & Licensing

All photographs taken by Kinser Studios remain the intellectual property of Kinser Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A. What You’re Allowed to Do:

  1. Use delivered images for personal or business branding (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites, speaker bios).

  2. Share on social media with proper attribution.

B. What You’re Not Allowed to Do:

  1. Resell or sublicense the images.

  2. Alter the images in ways that misrepresent our work (e.g., using AI to generate misleading results).

  3. Use images in unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive contexts.

C. Portfolio Use

Unless requested otherwise in writing before the session, we reserve the right to use your images in our portfolio, website, or promotional materials.

 

4. Communication

By providing your contact information (email or phone), you consent to receiving:

  1. Appointment confirmations and reminders

  2. Important updates about your session

  3. Optional promotional offers (only if you opt in)

You may unsubscribe or opt out of promotional messages at any time. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out.

 

5. Website Use & Conduct

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to:

  1. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or databases

  2. Submit false information or impersonate another person

  3. Interfere with the functionality or security of the site

We may suspend or block access if we detect misuse or breach of these Terms.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Kinser Studios is not liable for:

  1. Client delays, no-shows, or late arrivals

  2. Loss of images due to technical failures beyond our control

  3. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logos, graphics, and text—is the property of Kinser Studios or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

 

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  1. If we cancel the session and cannot reschedule

  2. If there is a confirmed billing error

  3. At our sole discretion for extenuating circumstances
