Pure Barre Pop-up | Red Rocks Amphitheater

If you know me at all, you will know I LOVE Pure Barre. No other workout holds a candle to it. I have been going to Pure Barre for over 6 years. I learned about it in Las Vegas when one of my best friends read about it and was like “Hey, lets do this!” and so we did. After the fist class we walked out on what seemed like a cloud, endorphins were high. The next day however we were so sore we couldn’t walk. We couldn’t wait to go back. Fast forward 6 years, a move to Colorado, a wedding and a baby, Im still going and still sore.

A few weeks ago I learned about a “Pure Barre Pop-up” This is where they teach class on location. This time the location was Red Rocks, I couldn’t resist. One of many benefits of Colorado is that we have Red Rocks Amphitheater within a few minutes drive. So I got up yesterday morning and headed out. This is what I drove into….

It was a beautiful morning, a perfect temperature, a slight breeze and overcast, my favorite for a workout and for photos.

After hiking up what seemed like a million stairs it was time to get toning. In between tuck I was able to take a few pictures of the action. One of my favorites is of Lindsey, owner and instructor of 3 Pure Barre studios in the Denver area.

Muscle Milk sponsored this event, providing earphone so we could follow along and so that all of the proceeds from the event could go to Hope Cancer Foundation in Honor of an awesome Pure Barre teacher that is affected with stage four cancer.

If you want to check out a Pure Barre class visit http://purebarre.com/co-denver/ They have awesome intro deals that will have you lift, tone and burning in no time.
